Inspector comments: EHS observed that PDSC form for the feature pump was incorrect. PDSC form stated that Lawson MLD-SG-0909 were installed on the floor. During inspection EHS observed that drains were installed on the wall. EHS was informed that facility is able to be permitted today it does not pose a suction hazard. Facility must keep feature pump turned off until the new PDSC form is submitted. Facility has 1 week to resubmit PDSC form. Failure to do so may result in permit action.
