Inspector comments: Rope on ring buoy becoming brittle. Will work for this season, check often to ensure rope does not break or worsen. Replace is life buoy worsens or prior to next year which ever comes first.
No diving tile is cracked. Monitor to ensure tile does not become more damaged. Replace if tiles starts to chip away or more damage occurs. Will most likely need to be replaced prior to next year
NO NIGHT SWIMMING. POOL OPEN DAWN TILL DUSK ONLY.
Flow meter must remain operable. Flow can not exceed 150 gpm due to drain Cover Flow restriction.

Inspector comments: Pool operating hours are from 10am - 10pm therefore night swimming visit/verification is required. As of now night swimming is prohibited at this time.

Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly. Observed daily main drains were not recorded but have been checked by CPO. CDI: provided with a copy of pool record template with required info; main drain check recorded for today.

Caulk top of pool wall to base of pool coping. Observed gaps along top of pool wall where caulking is missing. Monitor indention in pool wall at base of ladder and repair if needed. Recommend checking and replacing caps on end/base of ladder.

Observed days when the pH was <7.2 and had no corrective measure on it. Discussed proper pH with pool operator and stated that this must be recorded if corrective action is made, with the corrected pH.
