.2528(a) Pool fence shall be at least 48" in height measured from outside of barrier. Picnic tables within 4 feet of gate and could be used as a foothold. CDI - Operator pulled tables back 5 feet away from fence.

.2528(a) Gate latches shall be 54" in height. Observed 2 gate latches on outside of gate at approximately 49 inches from ground to the bottom of the latch. CDI- latches were relocated so they were greater than 54 inches from ground to bottom of latch.

Observed bags of salt stored on the ground in the chemical storage room. The bags will be used today for the pool. From now on, store all chemicals off of the ground if not kept in a water tight container.
