Inspector comments: NOTE: Landscaping must remain so that wall depth markers are clearly visible at all times in swimming pool. Condensate line in pump room approved with ramp. Pool approved for night swimming on 4/3/2025.

.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Observed rope length at 32 feet, field book states 30 feet. Corrected to 30 feet during inspection.

Inspector comments: Pool heater not tested during inspection. CPO instructed to keep pool temperature at 90 F or below. Gate latch by back alleyway towards chemical room is loose. Gate still self-closes/self-latches. CPO will tighten screws.
Pool has pending night swimming approval. Night visit to be made at a later date. No night swimming allowed until approval is granted.

.2530(f) Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone. Observed no address or telephone number at pool. CDI. PIC provided one.

.2535(4) Maintain chlorine at least 1.0 ppm. Observed chlorine at 0.8 ppm. CDI- More chlorine added to pool. New reading was measured at 2.0ppm.
Permit restrictions:
EHS reviewed permit restrictions. Observed depth markers clearly visible on wall. Observed condensate line in pump room. EHS will have to come back to verify all lights are working prior to opening for night swimming. Facility lights are on a timer and cut on around 7:30-8:00.

Note: Facility installing a liquid chemical feeder. Test to ensure that feeder stops feeding when the pump shuts off.
