.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance. Observed facility PDSC form states pool has 3 equalizer covers. Walls have been replastered and equalizer covers have been removed. Facility needs to install plugs in the skimmer equalizer lines. PERMIT DENIED.
