.2530(a) Provide at least 12 ft. long pole with body hook securely attached. Observed body hook attached via only one wing nut and bolt. CDI - CPO secured additional bolt and wing nut through body hook and pole.

.2534(5) Chemicals shall be stored as to prevent a reaction and permit for easy clean-up. Observed liquid chemicals (muriatic acid) stored on top of dry chemical container (powdered chlorine.) CDI - Chemical storage was reorganized.
