Inspector comments: Permit denied today: pH 6.8 after adding acid and testing 3 times.
#3 · Water quality: pool water pH −6
.2535(1) Maintain pH at 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH less than 7.0. Or was about 6.8 at the beginning of the inspection. EHS waited after PO added acid to auto feeder and complete a back wash and it was still reading 6.8. PO said that her auto reader read a lower ph after adding acid.

.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Observed rope greater plan 50 ft. Permit states it must be 38ft. CDI PO adjusted rope to 38 ft.

Facility updated signage to correct number and EHS verified that newly posted number was the correct number on file with Charlotte 911.

.2528(a) Ground level windows shall not open greater than 4" on to pool deck or child protected by audible alarm. Observed three windows leading to pool deck inside of office building that could open fully. CDI: CPO installed screws to limit windows to opening only 4 inches maximum.

.2526(k) Provide shatterproof mirrors. Observed mirror in bathroom broken and repaired with tape. Mirrors appear to not be shatterproof and unable to verify safety backing.

Observed all the above wording not posted on signage within pool area. EHS educated pool on exact wording and letter requirement.
