.2521 Install ladders per manufacturer instructions. Observed bumper missing from ladder. Replace to avoid damage to pool walls.

.2530(f) Emergency phone shall remain operable. Kings III callbox was not able to connect with emergency services after 5 presses of call button. Eventually call was connected but a return call could not be made. Pool Operator stated that corrections have to be made with phone company to allow phone calls to emergency call box.
.2530(f) Pool telephone shall be capable of directly dialing 911 or another emergency notification system. Kings III callbox unable to dial out after pushing call button 5 times.

.2518(k) Keep skimmers free of debris so skimmers are capable of operating per manufacturer instruction. Observed debris in a few skimmer baskets. Clean all skimmer baskets free of debris.

.2523(c) Depth markers shall be 4 inches in height and of a contrasting color with the background, clearly visible. Observed a few depth markers on pool deck near north west end of pool deck starting to fade. New depth markers have been ordered and awaiting arrival for replacement.
