.2530(a) Provide at least 12 ft. long pole with body hook securely attached. Observed body hook with no pole. Body hook was hung on fencing. CDI - Body hook was attached to 12ft long pole located on site.

CDI - Pool operator located ring buoy in chemical storage room and returned to pool deck. Life saving equipment must be present at all times.
