Inspector comments: Onsite visit to pool for return construction and operating permit inspection. Construction final passed. Operating permit issued for no night swimming. If seeking night swimming, an additional site visit is required to verify sufficient lighting for night swimming. Local permit sticker will be mailed. State permit issued while onsite.

Test kit missing cyanuric acid reagent. Provide test kit with chlorine, pH, cyanuric acid and total alkalinity reagent. Contractor will provide. Advised given until end of business on 5/5 to provide reagents.
No log book. Provided CPO with log book. Ensure daily record keeping for chlorine, pH and main drain checks. Ensure weekly record keeping for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity.

Both gates not self-closing, self-latching. Fence company was onsite during inspection and repaired barrier.
