.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. One gate, cabled closed, was not self latching. CDI Maintenance moved some mulch and gate self closed and self latched properly. Gate is not for public use and has bike lock keeping it closed.

.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed gate latch with openings greater than 1/2" within 18" of the latch mechanism. Openings closed during inspections.
