Inspector comments: Paddock drain covers - installed May 2022. Provide yearly documentation for recertification of drains 5/1/2032. Screws due 5/1/2030.
PERMIT RESTRICTION: 1) FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW MUST BE MAINTAINED WITH RANGE 326 - 540 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF 6" SUCTION LINE. 2) SIGNAGE REQUIRED INSIDE KITCHEN TO INDICATE NO GLASS ON POOL DECK. 3) DOUBLE GATE WITH REMOVABLE CENTER POST IS APPROVED. CENTER POST MUST REMAIN SECURELY LOCKED IN PLACE AT ALL TIMES WHEN THE COMPLEX IS OPEN.

Replace with new endcap to prevent damaging the pool wall.

Observed ring buoy rope damaged and fallen off.
CPO replaced with a new ring buoy and EHS confirmed it was in good repair and at required rope length.

Inspector comments: PADDOCK recertification required May 1, 2032. Permit restrictions. 1. Flow meter must remain operable. Flow must be maintained within the range of 326 to 540 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of 6 inch suction line. 2. Signs are required inside kitchen to indicate no glass on pool deck. 3. Double gate with removable center post is approved. Center post must remain securely locked in place at all times when the complex is open.
