INSPECTION RECORDED FLOW METER AT 125. 3) POLYMETRIC SAND MUST REMAIN IN TACT FOR IMPERVIOUS SURFACE ON PAVERS. 4) POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR SALT AS A PRIMARY CHLORINATOR - VERIFIED 5) THE POOL BARRIER IS THE BUILDING GATE THAT LINES STREET. INSIDE BARRIER DOES NOT MEET CODE. 6) DOUBLE DOOR ENTRY FROM BUILDING SHALL HAVE ONE DOOR Permanatley AFFIXED TO ENSURE SELF CLOSING. Night swimming not permitted.

Barrier between building and pool does not meet code. 6)Double doors from club room shall have one door permanently affixed to ensure self-closing, selflatching.

Inspector comments: Onsite visit to pool for return construction and operating permit inspection. SCH40 parts of FlowVis flow meter with SCH80 casing installed per mfg. instructions reading 125 gpm. Construction final passed. Holds released in system. Operating permit issued for no night swimming. Notes: 1.Facility provided signage missing “Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision” in 1” lettering. If generic pool rules sign removed (white and blue), pool rules signage must meet code requirements. 2.Polymeric sand added to pavers. Recently added and not set in some shaded areas. Ensure all areas set. Polymeric sand required for pavers for impervious surface. 3.Barrier between building and pool does not meet code requirements. Distance between horizontals is less than 45”. Barrier is pool building and gate that lines the street along with brick wall. 4.Warning No Lifeguard sign located across pool on wall must remain in place unless additional warning signage is added to entry near restrooms.
