Observed in pump room single sand filter inlet/outlet spraying water upwards hitting ceiling and damaging light fixture. After some time CPO was unable to fix heavy leakage. EHS was unable to verify flow meter parameters due heavy water leakage. CPO has called for repairs which should be completed at some point tomorrow.

Flow was 110 gpm, as of inspection. Flow meter working.

.2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present.
One of the three gates were not self latching. pool operator adjusted the door. Now fully self latches

PUNMP SHALL RUN AT MAX SPEED. PUMP WAS RUNNING AT 85% WHEN EHS OBSERVED. CDI - CPO FIXED PUMP BASKET AND SEAL AND TURNED BACK ON. EHS VERIFIED PUMP RUNNING AT 100%.
NIGHT SWIMMING NOT PERMITTED.
