Inspector comments: 5% flow meter was installed and field verified by EHS during time of inspection.
PERMIT RESTRICTION: Pump required at 3450 RPM. Filtration flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be maintained at 144gpm to 180 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the number of returns. Flow greater than 275 gpm exceeds main drains. Suction hazard.
