Inspector comments: PERMIT RESTRICTIONS:
1). Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 104 GPM due to filter and pipe size restrictions. Flow greater than 150 GPM exceed main drains. Suction Hazard.
2). Both skimmer lines must remain valves open at all times due to pipe size flow restrictions.
- No Night Swimming permitted
- CPO: Daniel Quintana Nava present during permit inspection.

.2535(1) Maintain pH at 7.2 to 7.8.- Observed pH at 7. Fixed during inspection to 7.2

.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less.- Observed rope length measured at 46ft. CPO untangled the rope, made it 50ft straight.

.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching.- Observed a gate leading to the outside and pump room not self latching. Fixed to work properly at the time of inspection.

Inspector comments: EHS walked with Daniel and LaDonna( Office Manager) Permit was denied.One of the access gates to the pool was not self closing or self latching. Per pool manager magnetic strip was removed. Facility will pay reinspection fee. Once fence has been repaired.
