.2528(a) Maintain 45" between bottom horizontal and next horizontal on fence and/or gate (post-May 2010). Fence closest to green space had two horizontal bars running parallel across that side of fence with bottom bar measuring 18 inches from ground and the other measuring 16 inches from top of fence creating food holds. Management removed horizontal bars during inspection.

.2537(2) Decks shall be kept in good repair. Observed one deck tile on the edge of pool closest to clubhouse in which a large portion of tile was broken off creating a sharp edge. Tile was removed and replaced during inspection.
