Inspector comments: Onsite visit to pool for return construction. Scott Wessel from Edgewater Pools present. CPO Brandon Conrad present. All items from previous inspection corrected except the following:
Tree near sun shelf area with landscaping raked back. Barrier at 48". If landscaping in place, barrier will not be 48" in height and will require correction.

Filtration Pump Pentair IntellifloVS + SVRS, 3 hp pump.
Feature Pump Pentair SuperfloVST 342002, 1.5 hp pump
Both pumps pull through the same set of Aquastar 2017 PCxxx circular drains. One pipe back to pump room. T’s in pump room. Check valves must remain in place for approval.
Permit has been issued for no night swimming. The State permit will be posted online by end of business on 6/18. An unannounced follow-up inspection will occur within 30 to 60 days of permit issuance.

Log book not maintained. CPO had not yet taken over property. Ensure daily record keeping for chlorine, pH and main drain checks. Weekly record keeping for total alkalinity and cyanuric acid.
