Drain covers expire 11/19/2026; must replace by beginning of next season. Pool must close prior to 11/19, or have drain covers replaced.
Replace flow meter with greater capacity model within 30 days.
Field verification conducted. Interlock/Autochlorinator not in use.
Not approved for night swimming.
Note: Gates swing into pool due to ADA entrance, fire where from building, or topography issues.

Observed flow meter maximum reading 240gpm with max flow for pump as 225gpm. Replace with flow meter capable of measuring up to 340gpm.

Windows onto pool deck have limiters and windows do not open.
Deck is being filled and resurfaced with slip resistant coating. No current violations issues observed.

Pool has not been record keeping since being closed. Ensure daily drain checks are added to record sheet. Maintain daily and weekly records when open. No permit action.

Confirmed topography issues for 2 of the 4 gates, one is due to fire egress from fitness area. File reads ADA compliance was
intended use for gate to swing inward by maintenance area ADA and Fire Code will remain over Pool Rules.
