Inspector comments: Inspection completed with Dirk Mitchell present.
Note- doors to restrooms to remain unlocked at all times the pool is open.
Permit conditions: Flow at 90GPM minimum for turnover and not to exceed 119 GPM for drain covers (suction hazard). Flow meter must remain operational.

.2517(a)1 Diving equipment shall be installed per manufacturer's instructions. Observed 2 loose screws on bottom ladder step in pool. Repair.
#12 · Pool maintenance: inlets and other fittings in place and in good repair −4
.2537(8) Fittings and/or face plates shall be replaced when damaged and kept in good repair. Observed no vacuum cap cover installed on vacuum line. Vacuum line was turned off during inspection. CDI- vacuum cap replaced and installed.

.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Observed rope greater than 39 feet in length. CDI- rope adjusted to 39 feet.

.2530(c) Provide "Warning - No Lifeguard on Duty" in 4" lettering. Observed sign in 3 inch lettering and with the word ‘warning’ omitted. CDI- proper signage posted.

.2530(f) Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone. Observed phone number posted incorrect. CDI- correct number posted.
