Inspector comments: Inspection conducted with CPO Ray Cruz.
Concrete deck with added expansion joints within the 6 feet walkway around the pool hold water. Decking needs to be sloped to drains and not hold water. Recommend caulking so it doesn’t hold water or so people don’t stub their toes.
Far floor returns on sunshelf don’t appear to be working. Ensure all returns are working properly.
