Inspector comments: Barrier around swimming pool and wading pool replaced in 2023 except for fencing by water heater area and tennis restrooms. All other fencing shall meet post 2010 fencing requirements. Double doors leading into pool house shall have one door permanently affixed at all times. Night swimming is not allowed until follow up visit is conducted to verify pool lighting.
Main drain covers expire 10/1/28, equalizer covers expire 4/12/30.

.2528(a) Provide no openings in fence and/or gate greater than 4"x4". EHS observed distance between vertical bars at fencing enclosing tennis bathroom area greater than 4”. This fencing is pre-2010.
.2528(b) Horizontals shall not be located less than 45" in height. EHS observed horizontals less than 45” at fencing enclosing tennis bathrooms. Fencing is pre-2010.
EHS observed all fencing recently constructed post 2010 in compliance during inspection.

.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. EHS observed holes in decking with offset greater than 1/2”. Operator stated these holes are used for flag poles during season. EHS advised covers shall remain affixed to holes when not in use. CDI - Operator affixed covers.
