.2537(2) Decks shall be kept in good repair. Observed cracks around the pool walkway area. In need of repair.
.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Observed areas on the walkway with 1” cracks around the pool. CDI Maintenance came and caulked large trip hazards.
