.2528(a) Provide no openings in fence and/or gate greater than 4"x4”. EHS observed a greater than 4inch gap in the fence in the wadding pool. CDI- CPO was able to correct and bend the fence back.

Gate leading into wading pool area is very slow to self close. Facility has two lifeguards on duty. Pool operator Mike and lifeguard Emily were advised that gate must be adjusted, and that a lifeguard must be in the wading pool area until the gate has been repaired.
