Inspector comments: No violations were noted and the pool passes pre-inspection. The permit will not be issued as the pool was flagged for not having correct PDSC information about equipment. It appears that a pump for the filtration system was switched out to a FLO-PRO FHPM1.0 1HP pump. A new PDSC form will have to be filled out and submitted to MHCD for approval. When the form is approved, the permit will be issued. Post the permit in public view at the pool deck when issued.
