Chemicals checked and pH testing st 8.4. Operator, Kelly Tulacz called pool maintenance personnel. Pool personnel, Ben corrected. Chemicals checked again, pH testing at 7.4.

Pool operator advised that daily chemical and equipment checks maintained by pool personnel and kept in side room. Pool records provided, but no documentation of daily chemical and equipment checks being maintained. INTENT TO SUSPEND ISSUED TODAY. Return visit by June 27, 2014 to check for daily records and equipment check.
