Inspector comments: PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: 1) FILTRATION PUMP - FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FLOW REQUIRED AT 79 GPM TO 120 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF THE NUMBER OF RETURNS. 2) FEATURE PUMP MUST REMAIN SET AT 75 GPM OR LESS DUE TO FLOW LIMITATIONS OF 10 FEATURE RETURN AND BUCKET SYSTEM. SUMP PUMP MUST REMAIN ACCESSIBLE. CHAIN LINK FENCE EXISTING - ALL OTHER BARRIER INSTALLED 2022. BUILT WITHOUT MAIN DRAINS OR EQUALIZERS.

Observed pH of pool measuring 8.2.
CPO corrected during inspection by adding muriatic acid. EHS observed pH of pool was within the proper range, measuring at 7.3.

Observed one chaise lounge placed less than 4ft from pool perimeter.
CPO corrected during inspection and moved chaise lounge back to meet requirements.

The following items were verified and confirmed per Katie’s email:
1. New Permit Restriction!
Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be kept at 74 gpm due to meet flow restriction of the filter and the drain cover flow restriction.
2. New Pump Hayward TristarVS950, SP32950VSP, 2.7 THP
3. FlowVis flow meter reading the above permit restriction.
Main drain, skimmer and return line all 2” pipe
(2) Aquastar 2017 A10RCFRxxx drain covers
(1) Pentair TR100 filter
(3) skimmers with EQ lines plugged per State requirement.

Inspector comments: Permit restrictions - Feature pump and bucket feature is the same as plan. Per Sr. REHS KR feature pump must stay set 75GPM, due to flow limitations of 10 return lines. Filtration pump must remain set at 3110 RPM to meet min turnover of 79 GPM and plan approval requirements. Sump pump must remain accessible. Chain link fence existing all other barrier installed 2022. Pool built without main drains or equalizers.
