Verified flow of slide 587 GPM at slide and VFD set at 1200 RPM.

Inspector comments: Observed 911 phone to work functionally, but to have static in the line. Check phone periodically and ensure proper functioning of 911 phone.
Observed the main drains to have Aquastar 18MF101 covers on the walls. These covers may be intended for floor use only and may not be suitable for wall mounted main drains. This may require immediate correction and the pool may have to be closed to swimming until the correction is made an amended PDSC forms are submitted to The Health Department. C. Elmore will follow-up with the pool operator to confirm what actions must be taken after double checking the main drain cover information with supervision.
The I.T.S. will expire 5/11/18. A follow-up visit will be made no later than 5/14/18 to ensure the I.T.S. corrections are made. If they are not complete, the pool will be closed to swimming until they are complete.
If the pool is to be open for night swimming an evaluation visit after sundown will have to be scheduled with C. Elmore to ensure sufficient lighting. Without this evaluation and sufficient lighting in the pool and on the deck, swimming will not be allowed after sunset and before sunrise.
