#5 · Water quality: daily written records of water quality and test kit kept on site −4
Observed log book record missing the entries for 9/28/19 and 9/29/19. pH, disinfectant residual, water temperature and main drain/EQ line covers must be checked and recorded every day the pool is open. No permit action taken, the other days were properly recorded.
#17 · Premises: decks unobstructed, properly drained, free of trip hazards −4
Observed a line of deck chairs at the end of the pool to be only 4 feet away from the water edge. Items must be at least six feet away from the water edge for safety should someone trip and fall. That way they do not strike the head in the fall, and tumble into the water to drown. This exact violation was recored on the inspection dated 3/26/19 and was noted to have been corrected on 4/26/19. Items were moved to safe locations giving 6 feet of clearance around the pool edge. Do not move items back into improper positions around the pool. Failure to respect this rule will result in permit suspension and pool closure. No permit action taken.
