MAIN DRAIN COVERS EXPIRE 3/1/2027. THEY MUST BE REPLACED AND APPROVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THIS DATE.

#16 · Premises: fence or barrier with self-closing, self-latching gates properly constructed and maintained −4
.2528(a) Provide no openings in fence and/or gate greater than 4"x4".
.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism.
Barrier/fence also cannot have structures or gaps that provide foodholds for standing or climbing.
The fence has been replaced, but has multiple instances where the new fence does not meet the required specifications for pool fencing/barrier. The fence has gaps greater than 4 inches, gaps greater than 1 wide exist within 18 inches of the push bar. The issue from the previous inspection where the gap at the top of the gate frame being greater than 1 inch wide still exists as the new fence uses the old frame. The new fence/barrier has metal bars at the bottle presenting footholds and gaps along the side under the glass panels that present footholds. The fence must either be brought into compliance with all the fence/barrier requirements, or the facility can designate that the building and the 2 doors now represent the new barrier and entrances, but this would make the entire grill and deck area into pool enclosure that is subject to the pool rules. Intent to Suspend Issued deadline is April 24th 2026. Failure to resolve this by the deadline will result in the closure of the pool until correction is made.
