Inspector comments: Issued 30 day Intent to Suspend (ITS) for gate, replace flitting on sunshelf, provide spare pump baskets, keep flow meter operational. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 when in compliance to lift ITS. Night Swimming needs verification sent before dawn, after dusk or onsite visit for re-certification. Expired 5/9/2026. Must verify lighting is sufficient to see bather entrances, pool water, floor, main drains, emergency equipment and deck clearance. Pool not heated. Work has been done in pump room. Electrical permits have not been passed/been approved. Ensure electrical permits are passed and any required paperwork is submitted for approval. Permit will not be issued 2027 permitting season without approved permits. Advised keeping pool voluntarily closed until all issues addressed. “W” ITS status *Note: Unable to accurately identify PDSC information due to lack of correct labeling/unapproved electrical changes in pump room and operators unaware of changes. Note in file indicated in field plan review was needed for changes and one staff member indicated a motor change recently. Possible pump changes. Took photos and will follow up with pool seniors, supervisors and property management. There does not appear to be imminent hazard or suction issue.
