NO NIGHT SWIMMING.
PERMIT RESTRICTION: PUMP REQUIRED AT MAX SPEED (3450 RPM) TO MEET TURNOVER AND DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE SYSTEM.
#3 · Water quality: pool water pH −6
.2535(1) Maintain pH at 7.2 to 7.8.
Observed pH measuring low, at 6.8.
PIC added soda ash to raise pH; EHS made return visit after a few hours surpassed and observed pH was now measuring 7.2.

Observed one of the two gates unable to self-latch.
PIC had maintenance crew correct during inspection, and EHS observed gate was now self-latching.

Permit Restriction: Pump required at max speed (3450 RPM) to meet turnover and design specifications of the system. Flow meter not operable.
1. New Pumps (2) Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF, 011057 3 hp pumps. Verified and accurate.
2. (1) 3” main drain; (2) 3” skimmer lines; (1) 4” return line. - Observed 3 inch main drain, 2 and 1/2 inch skimmer lines, and one 4 inch return line.
3. (2) Aquastar 2017 1216xxx drain covers. Verified and accurate. **NOTE - these covers expire June 29, 2026.***
4. (2) Pentair TR140C filters (new and required for approval). Verified and accurate.
5. 15 returns - Observed 16 returns.
6. 6 skimmers with EQ lines plugged per State requirements. Verified and accurate.
