Inspector comments: Inspection conducted with maintenance staff David Larrea.
Fencing at the top of the stairs and at balconies that adjoin the pool deck do not meet requirements. Doors and windows to these units are part of the barrier. Will need access to check that doors from these units (12 total) to the balcony/pool deck are self-closing and self-latching within the next 2 weeks.
Sign at top of the balcony advising people they are on the pool deck falling down. Provide signage advising that balcony is part of the pool deck. No pets, no glass.
Body hook screws face in towards hook. Recommend turning them around so the wingnut side faces away from body hook to reduce injury in the event of an emergency.

Inspector comments: Onsite visit to pool. All items listed in last visit corrected. Permit issued for no night swimming.
Recommend re-sealing floor in restrooms. Floor does not appear slip-resistant. Product specs provided that additive was put into sealant to make floor slip-resistant. Recommend changing direction of screws in body hook to face other direction.
Permit Restriction: Doors from resident rooms must be accessible at all times. Doors shall self-close, self-latch.
No furniture on pool deck at time of inspection. Ensure 6 ft. clearance around pool when provided.
