Inspector comments: Observed the emergency phone to not work with phones that were not AT&T service phones. The call back function of the emergency phone should be able to work with multiple phones and services, contact the service provider and have the call back function corrected. Contact C. Elmore when the correction is made (704-507-6814). C. Elmore will follow-up on the correction on or around November 7th. The call-out function, addressing, and phone number was verified.
Ensure that the windows that open onto the pool deck are limited to only open 4 inches or less.
