Inspector comments: Conducted inspection with CPOs and maintenance crew. Pool placed on A status and is in good standing.
Permit Restrictions: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 86 gpm to 104 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of return pipe. 2) Main drains must remain disabled due to suction hazard or repaired to meet mfg. specifications. Dummy covers on bottom of pool.
Note: Pump aftermarket - same curve as SP3202VSP. Main drains disabled - plugged in sumps and also capped in pump room.

1) Permit Restrictions: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 86 gpm to 104 gpm. OBSERVED FLOW AT 86GPM
2) Main drains must remain disabled due to suction hazard or repaired to meet mfg. specifications. OBSERVED MAIN DRAIN LINE CAPPED OFF IN PUMP ROOM.
3) New Pump Hayward TristarVS 900 W3SP3202VSP 1.85 THP - VERIFIED AND ACCURATE
4) Verify straight run pipe at >10” inlet and >4” outlet. OBSERVED 24 INCHES AND 18 INCHES.
5) Blue white flow meter reading the range listed above after backwash. FLOW AT 86GPM.
6) Main drain line should be capped in the pump room. VERIFIED AND ACCURATE.
7) (1) 2” main drain line; (1) 2” skimmer line and (1) 2” return line. VERIFIED AND ACCURATE.
8) (2) Paramount SDX2 2017 drain covers no suction. Incorrect. OBSERVED 2 AQUASTAR A10RCFR DRAIN COVERS INSTALLED. RESUBMIT NEW PDSC PAPERWORK FOR APPROVAL WITH UPDATED INFORMATION.
9) (1) Pentair TR140C filter. VERIFIED AND ACCURATE.
10) 6 returns, either on the floor or the wall - VERIFIED AND ACCURATE.
11) (3) skimmers plugged per State requirement. VERIFIED AND ACCURATE.

.2530(a) Provide at least 12 ft. long pole with body hook securely attached. Observed 2 body hooks at pool. One body hook had a pole at length less than 12 feet. CDI- pole and hook removed from property. The other body hook with pool remains on pool deck and is in compliance.
.2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Observed rope at 55 feet. CDI- adjusted to 50 feet.
