Note- observed trip hazard due to chipped concrete at handrail leading into pool. Correct prior to next inspection or a 30 days intent to suspend may be issued on the permit.

.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. Observed door leading from clubhouse area to pool deck not self-latching or audibly alarmed. CDI- repaired to be self-closing and self-latching.

.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Observed 2.5 inch diameter opening in pool deck without a cover or plug installed. CDI- cap installed to prevent trip hazard.

Inspector comments: POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE.
POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING AND CAN ONLY BE OPEN FOR SWIMMING DAWN TO DUSK.
