The items listed below are 30 day intent to suspend items. These items must be repaired within 30 days.
1.Provide record keeping including daily records of disinfectant residual, pH, drain cover/grate inspections, pool water maintenance, and temperature, if applicable. Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly. Several dates in January and February are missing the daily checks.
2. All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching. Gate closest to grills does not self-close.
3. Keep flow meter operational. Flow meter for filtration pump is not operational.

Inspector comments: OSV to pool for return construction and operating permit inspection with Chad Johnson, All Resco, and Curtis Conant, CPO.
All items from previous inspection corrected. Construction final passed. Holds released. Overflow permanently disabled. No check valve installed.
Note: Gate closest to grill area sticking when opened fully. Contractor removed kick plate at time of inspection to repair. Ensure all gates self-close, self-latch.
Note: Key fob mount closest to grill area larger than other mounts. Installed quarter round on top to eliminate horizontal.
No furniture on pool deck at time of operating permit. Ensure 6 ft. clearance around the pool in all areas once furniture installed.
Permit has been issued for no night swimming with no permit restrictions. An unannounced follow-up inspection will be completed within 30 - 60 days of permit issuance.
