Inspector comments: POOL HAS NO MAIN DRAINS OR EQ LINES.
POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING.
Permit Restriction: Pool pump flow must be at least 76gpm for turnover and cannot exceed 138gpm for skimmer pipe size. Flow meter must remain operational. NOTES: Built without main drains. 1) Pump or another approved method needed to drain pool. 2) Pool heater is under pool vault and only accessed through residence unit.

Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly. Observed gaps in the record for the temperature check when the heater is running. If the heater is on, the temperature must be recorded every day. If the heater is off, it is not required. Max temperature is 90F when the heater is on. No permit action taken. All other records were correctly kept.

Ensure that the items around the pool are kept at least 6 feet back from the edge of the water.
Do not use breakable light bulbs over the pool deck.
