Inspector comments: Permit Restriction - Pump set at 3450 RPM or flow meter must remain operable with flow at 100 gpm to 140 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of number of returns. Notes: Ladder on left side deep end is 4'3" from end of deck per plan. 5' clearance not required. No Night swim.
Observed the flow rate to be below the 100 GPM turnover requirement. The water is clear. No permit action taken at this time. Ensure the filters are cleaned as this should increase the flow rate.

.2530(a) Lifesaving equipment includes body hook and pole and USCG approved ring buoy with required rope length. Observed throw rope to be too long. Rope was corrected to the required length of 30 feet during the inspection.

Outer rope and throw rope fraying for ring buoy. Operator has new ring buoy, throw rope on order. Ensure new throw rope is 30 feet long and at least 1/4 inches in diameter.

Note - Custom WARNING - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY signage in less than 4” lettering and custom pool rules signage does not have required exact wording. Facility does have pre-made signage that does meet requirements. Ensure that if pre-made signage is replaced it meets requirements.
