Inspector comments: PERMIT CONDITIONS: FLOW RATE MUST BE AT LEAST 62 GPM FOR TURNOVER AND CANNOT EXCEED 138 GPM FOR SKIMMER PIPE LIMITATION.
Observed flow meter reading below 62 GPM. CPO corrected during inspection and EHS observed flow was at 90 GPM.
