Operating permit issued for no night swimming.
Pool Width 23 ft.; Rope Length 35 ft.; Max Depth 4 ½ ft.
Pentair Intelliflo VS+SVRS, 011057, 3 hp pump with (2) Aquastar 914xxx 2017 drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmers.
Permit Restriction:
Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 58 gpm to 106 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter.
A follow-up inspection will be completed within 30-60 days of permit issuance. State permit will be posted online by end of business. Sticker issued while onsite.

Log books do not have place for alkalinity. Operator wrote in at time of inspection. No logs maintained. Pool had not been turned over. Ensure weekly record keeping for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity.
