.2535(11) Provide record keeping including daily records of disinfectant residual, pH, drain cover/grate inspections, pool water maintenance, and temperature, if applicable. Provide weekly recordings for cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly.
Observed gaps in the record logs, including missing some weekends. The records must be properly kept for every day the pool is open. Ensure that this is done properly. The pool has an active heater, so the daily temperature check must be made.

Verified issue with emergency phone speaker was addressed.
Facility has Kings III phone, incorrect dialing instructions on emergency phone signage, correct dialing instructions on Kings III phone. To avoid confusion, provide new emergency phone signage with correct address, phone number, and dialing instructions.
