Inspector comments: Inspection conducted with CPO Tim and REHS Micheal Morsch.
Immediate suspension issued for chlorine levels not in compliance. Pool closed signs posted.
Rope length, signage, and pH were all corrected during the inspection.
Inspector will return within 30 days to check daily records.
Contact inspector when water chemistry levels are in compliance.
#2 · Water quality: disinfectant residual provided by −6
.2535(4) Maintain chlorine at least 1.0 ppm through NSF approved chlorinator. Chlorine is below 1.0ppm. Immediate suspension issued.
G.S. 130A-2(3) Chlorine added directly to swimming pool. Chlorination must occur through NSF approved chlorinator. Eliminate direct hazard to public.

Observed pH level at 8.0 upon initial chemical reading.
-CDI- CPO was able to adjust the pH to 7.8.

Observed CPO unable to produce daily written records for pool since June.
Inspector will return within 30 days to ensure that all written records are performed and maintained.

Required ring buoy rope length is 40 ft. Observed rope length at 50 ft.

Observed the word “the” missing from signage.
-CDI- CPO had back up sign with correct verbiage that was placed on pool deck.

Inspector comments: OSV to pool for return construction. Construction final passed. Permit issued while onsite for no night swimming. All holds released on project. The state permit will be posted online by end of business, 5/27.
Permit Restriction:
1) Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 106 gpm to 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction piping.
Pool Width 27 ft.; Rope Length 40 ft.; Max Depth 5 ft.
Hayward Tristar XL HCP3020VSP, 2.7 THP pump with (2) Aquastar 914xxx 2017 drain covers. EQ lines plugged in skimmers.
A follow-up inspection will be completed within 30-60 days. The inspection will be unannounced.
