Body hook and pool in front of facility provided signage. Facility warning signage does not meet height requirement. If generic signage removed, move poles mounted in front of facility signage. Signage height must meet code requirements. State permit will be posted online by end of business. Local permit sticker provided while onsite. Pool Width 33 ft.; Rope Length 50 ft.; Max Depth 4 ½ ft. Permit Restrictions: 1) Flow meter shall remain operable. Flow required at 62 gpm to 98 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter. 2) Sump pump required to drain pool. Built without floor main drains. Notes: Starguard drain cover on pool floor for hydrostat. No suction. Pool not approved for salt as primary chlorination. Filtration - Pentair Intelliflo3VSF 011076, 3 hp pump. No main drains. Feature - Pentair Intelliflo3 VSR 011066, 1.5 hp pump with (2) Aquastar A10RCFRxxx drain covers 2017. A follow-up inspection will be completed within 30 to 60 days prior to permit issuance.
