Permit Restrictions: Flow meter must remain operable at 54 to 55 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction pipe.
Note: No placard on pump. Shows labeling of pump per PDSC form - not model listed. Model number matches what is listed on public small spa pump. All pumps are the same.
Intent to Suspend issued for front door:

Some days missing logs for main drain checks. Ensure daily record keeping for main drains for covers on the spa wall. Did not warrant permit action/only missing several days over past months.
