Observed no floating skimmer. Repeat. Facility is allowed to operate due to construction date.
*Observed additional pump associated with spray pad (Pentair EQ 1000) that is not listed in the PDSC form. An updated form needs to be submitted to account for additional equipment.

.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Observed areas on the walkway with 1” cracks around the pool. CDI Maintenance came and caulked large trip hazards.
