Artist plans on using exam table paper on top of sheets on the bed. Advised that all surfaces needed to be non-absorbent and easily cleanable or disposable. She will use just the exam table paper on the bed.

Needles pre-packaged and marked sterile, but no experation date, or manufacturer information. Artist did not keep the box they came in, she will order new needles that are properly labeled.

Permanent makeup machine is not approved. Needle is directly attached to the machine. Artist no longer uses the machine, only does permanent makeup with hand tools.

Artist just has a few needles as part of training. Missing manufacturer's information. Artist ordering other needles to use. Make sure that needles are single use, sterilized needles that list the manufacturer, sterilization method, sterilization date, and expiration date.
