#29 · Tattooing procedures: tattoo cleaned and sterile dressing applied −1
Observed tattoo work to be bandaged with material other than an individually wrapped sterile bandage as final bandage. Individually wrapped sterile bandage is required for final bandaging. Individual sterile bandages were available. Client left the studio before C. Elmore could effectivly intervine in a fashion that would not alarm the client. -CDI Artist was corrected and educated on the requirements. Artist agreed to use a correct bandaging material going forward.
