Artist planning to use non-sterile absorbent pads for bandaging the tattoo. .3209(f) After completion of the tattoo, the tattooed area shall be cleaned with a clean facial tissue or paper towel and shall be covered with a sterile dressing. - Corrected. Artist does have Saniderm type product that can be used. Will dispose of non-sterile pads.
