Bulk pre cut bandages, out of packaging in drawer, not marked sterile or kept sterile. Provide sterile bandage to cover tattoo. Bulk bandages must be marked sterile on packing or in specifications. If bulk bandages are opened, they must be kept in original/covered container with separate pair of scissors, kept in closed container per state position statement. Artist found and will use sterile gauze pads. Corrected.
